All shipments from Suppliestobuy are handled by AusPost, a trusted and reliable shipping partner. For oversized items, we may use alternative carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
2. Shipment Dates
Estimated shipment dates will be provided before you complete your purchase. These dates are based on product availability, order processing time, and the shipping method selected during checkout. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
3. Processing Time
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to process your order promptly. Once payment has been processed, orders will be dispatched within approximately 2-10 business days.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the value of your order and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders or special promotions.

We currently offer shipping within Australia. If you are located outside these areas, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

For oversized items that cannot be shipped through our standard carrier, we will employ alternative shipping methods. Additional shipping charges may apply, and you will be notified of any such charges before you complete your purchase.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its location.
8. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to meet the provided shipment dates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may affect delivery times.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
- Metro - VIC & NSW: 1-4 business days after dispatch
- Non Metro - VIC & NSW: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Metro - SA, QLD, TAS & WA: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Non Metro -SA, QLD, TAS & WA: 4-10 business days after dispatch
- Regional -SA, QLD, NT & WA: 7-14 business days after dispatch
Any estimated delivery times provided are based off information from the courier company. Any delays due the courier company are outside of our control and will need to be followed up with the courier company.
9. Missing or Delayed Shipments
